At Artistictrader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our Website artistictrader.ddd.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Unopened products: Full refund available
  • Opened products: May be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
  • Products that have been misused, damaged, or altered
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
  • Free samples or promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at partnership@artistictrader.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions (provided within 2 business days)
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  • Step 5: Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment

Please do not send returns without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Regarding return shipping costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Domestic Returns: Standard postal service is acceptable
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping and customs costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:

  • Follow the return process outlined above
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • Indicate in your return request that you are exchanging items

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. All exchange requests are processed as a return and new purchase.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours if possible)
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Do not dispose of the damaged product until instructed

9. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover return shipping for the incorrect item

10. Australian Consumer Law — Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our voluntary 30-day return policy (for change of mind) operates in addition to your statutory rights.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • Major failure: You can choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Minor failure: We may choose to repair the good, replace it, or refund you. If we do not resolve the failure within a reasonable time, you may reject the good and obtain a refund or replacement.
  • Acceptable quality: Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description. If they do not, you have rights to remedy (repair, replacement, or refund depending on the failure).

There is no fixed time limit for asserting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods; it depends on the nature of the goods and the failure. Our 30-day window is a voluntary policy for change-of-mind returns only. For defective or non-conforming products, your ACL rights apply regardless of the 30-day period.

11. Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Full refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • After Dispatch: You must follow the standard return process once the product is received
